Justin started here as a tire technician in 2016 and is extremely knowledgeable in automotive repair as well as wheels and tires. In his years in the office has become a recognized member of our team in town, and strives to find the best solutions to fit each customer's needs. He is also the owner of our mascot and "Customer Support Representative" , the mini Australian Shepherd you can find lounging in our office named Bro.

Paul Farris

Service Writer

Paul has been with us for 2 years, and has 6 years of total automotive industry experience including time as a lube technician, and a tow truck operator. He is a true "people person" and enjoys interacting with customers to solve their problems. He takes great pride in finding the best deals and solutions for our customers, and enjoyed learning the tire industry. In his free time he loves camping, fishing, and watching Dodgers baseball.

Phil Brandfas

Tire Sales Associate

Phil started at A&L as a tire technician and through his hard work and determination, he worked his way up to sales. His hands-on knowledge has helped him become a valued member of our office team. From Ridgecrest, and now raising his own family here, Phil loves this community and strives to provide you with honest and competitive service. Over 7 years of experience in the tire industry he has developed a strong expertise in all things tire related.

Dave Gill

Service Writer

Dave has been in the automotive retail field for over 25 years, and has an excellent skill set in automotive parts knowledge. He is our "parts expert". Dave enjoys working with customers to help them understand their vehicle's needs. His time away from A&L is spent on enjoying vacations with his wife and kids.

Marco Leiva

Tire Sales Associate

Marco has been with us here at A&L Tire for 25 years and is an expert in tires and wheels. His care and drive to go above and beyond has made him a familiar face in our valley, customers love Marco and so do we. Being bilingual has helped us to serve the needs of everyone who walks in our lobby. When not at the front counter finding the best deals on wheels, he enjoys spending time with his family and his grandkids.

Robert Lee

Automotive Technician

Robert is our lead technician and has over 40 years of Automotive experience, specializing in Honda and Toyota diagnostics. He has been a member of our team for 6 years coming from Northern California where he has worked at corporate automotive centers like Meineke before coming to our shop. Outside of taking care of your vehicle, he loves spending time with his grandchildren, and his dogs. His favorite thing about A&L Tire is tackling new challenges in the shop.

Jacob Anderson

Automotive Technician

Jacob is one of our automotive technicians, and has been an employee since 2020. Starting out in the tire bay as a tire technician for 3 years he was quickly promoted to foreman because of his strong work ethic and attention to detail. He now is in the automotive bay and is working on attaining his ASE certifications, he plans to specialize in diesel repair and diagnostics.

Dennis Helsel

Automotive Technician

Dennis has 40 years experience in suspension, brakes, lift kits, front ends, and is recognized as the best alignment technician in the valley. He has been with us for 6 years, and in his free time enjoys working on his own off-road vehicles.
